Charlotte Wagner, originally from Denver CO, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.  She practices in the hematology and cellular therapies clinic at UCHealth.  She completed her undergraduate degree at University of Colorado, Boulder and received her PharmD degree in 2018 from University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus.  She then completed a Post-graduate Year 1 residency and Post-graduate Year 2 residency in hematology and oncology at the University of Kentucky.  Her interests include caring for the adolescent and young adult (AYA) population and helping to improve outcomes for patients with leukemias, lymphomas and myeloma.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her cat and dogs, hiking, skiing and golfing.
