Camille Biggins, MHA

Camille Biggins, MHA, is the Quality & Accreditation Program Manager for Oncology at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. She is driven by a mission to advance the quality of cancer care in Washington State, striving for a just and healthful society free from the burdens of cancer.
With over a decade of experience, she leads quality improvement initiatives across the cancer care continuum, cultivates community partnerships to enhance cancer care access, participates in the statewide Cancer Action Plan of Washington coalition, and evaluates national quality improvement projects for the American College of Surgeons. Mrs. Biggins previously spearheaded efforts at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, now Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, to rectify disparities in clinical trial participation among marginalized populations. A recipient of the 2025 Hope Award from the American Cancer Society, she brings deep commitment and expertise in improving healthcare systems to address the burdens of cancer.
In her spare time, Mrs. Biggins enjoys yoga, climbing, reading, and making memories with her teenager, husband, mother, dog, and cats.
