I am a clinical-translational investigator within the Toni Stephenson Lymphoma Center at City of Hope, with a focus on novel immunotherapies for aggressive B-cell lymphomas (B-NHL). My research seeks to improve the understanding of these diseases pathobiology and mechanisms of therapeutic efficacy and resistance, in order to inform optimal characteristics and personalize therapies to improve response rates, patients quality of life, and the diseases natural history. Most recently, I have focused on several novel chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies in phase 1 clinical trials, targeting one or more novel antigens.
