Ralph Millett is a thoracic medical oncologist at Ochsner MD Anderson Cancer Center. He earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. where he was served an extra year as chief resident at the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He completed his Hematology and Medical Oncology fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, where he served as chief fellow in his final year. During his fellowship, he received an ASCO Conquer Cancer Young Investigator Award for his work on potentiating the effects of immunotherapy in lung cancer. He currently practices thoracic medical oncology in New Orleans and Baton Rouge.
