Dr. Traci White is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Oncology and Palliative Care at Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces and is an Assistant Professor for the UNM College of Pharmacy. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the UNM College of Pharmacy and completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Washington Medical Center. She is a board-certified geriatric and oncology pharmacist and has extensive experience in hospice care, cancer pain and symptom management. She is passionate about improving access to quality palliative care in New Mexico and advancing the role of pharmacist clinicians as integrated providers for direct patient care.
