Meredith Durbin, ARNP

Meredith Durbin is a nurse practitioner with nine years of experience at Fred Hutch Cancer Center. She started in the Blood and Marrow Transplant Program before transitioning to the Bezos Immunotherapy Clinic in 2021.
In 2022, Meredith became the Immunotherapy Lead APP, and in 2025, took on the role of Assistant Medical Director of the Bezos Immunotherapy Clinic. In addition to direct patient care, she works closely with FHCC research teams for protocol implementation, serves on the Standard Practice Committee, and is involved in the development and implementation of a continuity clinic model. She is committed to advancing equitable access to cellular therapy treatments by working closely with Clinical Operations staff, FHCC leadership, and Immunotherapy Integrated Research Center (IIRC). Additionally, she regularly attends and speaks at APPOS (Advanced Practice Provider Oncology Symposium), contributing to the ongoing education around cellular therapies with our oncology APP community.
In her free time, she enjoys playing with her toddler, running, playing piano, and camping.
