Dr. Thompson joined the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) in 2017 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine, division of Hematology/Oncology. He specializes in thoracic oncology and has led numerous phase I/II/III clinical trials at MCW. He has special interests in drug development and serves as the Vice Chair of the Solid-Tumor Early Phase Disease Oriented Team at MCW. Dr. Thompson also has clinical and research interests in immunotherapy toxicity team, and he leads the Immunotherapy Toxicity Team at MCW.
