Amy E. BonDurant, MD, MSNE is a gynecologic oncologist at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle and Providence Medical Center in Everett, where she has been practicing since 2009. She completed her medical degree at Creighton University, residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Virginia, and fellowship in gynecologic oncology at Duke University.
Dr. BonDurant is a faculty member with the Swedish Ob/Gyn residency program and a Clinical Associate Professor at Washington State University’s Department of Medical Education. In 2022, she expanded her focus on preventive health by earning a master’s degree in Nutrition Education from American University.
Her clinical and academic work centers on the medical and surgical care of women with gynecologic cancers, with a strong passion for integrating nutrition and wellness into cancer prevention and survivorship. She is committed to patient and community education around chronic disease prevention, with a particular interest in the intersection of lifestyle and cancer care.
